⋆ art/designs can not be used in blockchain related technologies, including non fungible tokens (NFTs) if you break this tos it will be a breach of contract and considered copyright infringement
⋆ designs can be sold on a personal basis only (no commercial selling)
⋆ do not use my designs in a gross way ( pedo , incest , hate speech , etc )
⋆ do not use my designs for commercial products / use , you may only use them personally
⋆ basically most anything non monetary is fine⋆ you can resell my designs only for how much you bought it for & future USD spent on commissions
⋆ designs can be traded for art / other designs
⋆ you can edit the design however youd like, but not too much to the point of it being unrecognizable from the original design
⋆ you can edit the design to be a closed species, just make sure to get permission from the species admins first and have an actual slot
⋆ once confirmed, i dont allow refunds unless its a special circumstance then we can discuss it
